The #YouthEmpowered programme by Coca‑Cola HBC is designed to give young people access to the life and business skills they need to transition into work. It aims to improve employment prospects through access to employability workshops based training, online content and mentoring support.
The initiative launched it’s 2019 campaign with the 2018 graduates of the programme.
Coca-Cola HBC will equip 1,000 young people with the life skills, business skills, and mentors to empower their journey to meaningful employment and live a fuller life.
The programme is appealing to 16-30 year olds to enroll in the Digital Hub so two Instagram Stories were created, one for Republic of Ireland and one for Northern Ireland.
Three key modules in the programme were covered by industry experts; Ollie Cruise (Sales Skills), Lindsay Peat (Time Management), and Ronan Finn (Financial Literacy).
These videos were used as part of a marketing campaign to get people to sign up on the website to start the programme.
