The Hines platform in Ireland has more than €1.2 billion of retail, office and residential assets under management, in addition to a major development pipeline which includes an additional €500 million of retail development and over 4,000 residential units.
An open day was held at the site of the former Player Wills factory and the Bailey Gibson industrial premises on 11th July 2019.
Hines Ireland met the public and listened to their thoughts, opinions and ideas as well as showed their projected timelines for the development and provide people with an insight into the planning application.
Photographs taken of the old Player Wills tobacco factory on the South Circular Road, Dublin 8. The building was constructed in 1935 and remained in use until 2005.
The factory is being renovated as part of a redevelopment plan with Dublin City Council for both the Player Wills site and Bailey Gibson industrial lands.
A second open day was held at the site of the former Player Wills factory and the Bailey Gibson industrial premises on 12th March 2020.
The open day provided visitors with an insight into the upcoming planning application and delivery timelines for the development.
The Hines project team were on-site throughout the day to provide additional information and gather feedback from members of the public.
